Orchestre Symba - Kipuiu / Pensées Funèbres (EMI Pathé)
Orchestre Symba is new to this blog. Founded at the end of the 1960s (see Gary Stewart, p. 151) the band was founded by patron Jean Kindoki with students, one of them became famous with Franco: Madilu System.
This one's from 1974.

Orchestre Mokito (African 90.831)
Orchestre Mokito is completely unknown to me. the two tracks have defintely their respective quality. And they are quite different.
So enjoy this on a wonderful Sunday morning - here in Europe we have sunshine, + 20°C and blossoming of many trees.
If you know something about Mokito, please leave me a comment. Enjoy! Link and pass in the comment section.

The Toure-Raichel-Project
First time that I share a suggestion to listen to a new record. I like Idan Raichel and I like his US label Cumbancha (I enjoyed very much Rupa & The April Fish). More on the new record here.
It's completely relaxed. Almost unbelievable that this record was made in Israel, sorry it was recorded in Tel Aviv.
